AnimeeStation, Tokyo ~ Saikyo Jump published by Shueisha magazine March issue announced on Friday (02/05/2016), that the Naruto anime spinoff titled Itachi Shinden (The True Legend of Itachi) adaptation of a novel, which airs right on March 3, 2016.

In early December 2015 and then anime is announced with the long title of Naruto Shippuden: Itachi Shinden-hen ~Hikari to Yami~ (Naruto Shippuden: The True Legend of Itachi Volume ~Light and Darkness~).

The story in Shinden Itachi first part focuses on Itachi Uchiha in childhood until he became a ninja. The second part describes the mission of murder until he was involved in the bloody tragedy in the village.
